At the same time, there is a lack of skilled workers to satisfy the growing needs of industry.

Es ist attraktiv, vermittelt hochwertige berufliche Handlungskompetenz und Qualifikation, es schafft hohe Übergangsquoten in den Arbeitsmarkt und damit eine vergleichsweise niedrige Jugendarbeitslosigkeit - eindeutige Vorzüge gegenüber anderen Berufsbildungssystemen.
