Mit der Anzeige der Abtretung an den Drittschuldner erlischt die Einziehungsbefugnis des Kunden.
Im Fall des Widerrufes der Einziehungsbefugnis können wir verlangen, dass der Kunde uns die abgetretenen Forderungen und deren Schuldner bekannt gibt, alle zum Einzug erforderlichen Angaben macht, die dazugehörigen Unterlagen aushändigt und den Schuldnern die Abtretung mitteilt.
