Zurich, 27 August 2009 – In the first half-year of 2009, Allreal continued with the good results seen the previous year and reported an operating result ( EBIT excluding revaluation gains ) of CHF 74.3 million, or 4.2 % above the comparable value the previous year – a reflection of the company ’ s fundamental competitiveness.
Allreal ’ s share gained 20.4 % when compared to the year-end price in 2008, clearly outperforming both the overall stock market and the SWX Real Estate Index.
The share ’ s overall performance ( price development plus dividend ) corresponded to a respectable 25 %.
