The award, conferred by the “FVI Forum Vision Instandhaltung e.V.” association, honors the best doctoral theses in the field of industrial maintenance.
The jury awarded the prize to Lorenz for his work on the value-oriented design of the industrial maintenance as a crucial competitive factor for manu- facturing companies involved in the processing industry.
