Mit dieser Technik wäre es möglich, wired-AND und wired-OR Verknüp- fungen zu realisieren, ohne dass die üblichen Pull-Up-Widerstände not- wendig sind.
Es wäre sogar möglich, die Ausgänge von z. B. Flip-Flops parallel zu schalten, um so Gatter einzusparen.

With this technology it would be possible to realize wired-AND and wired-OR gates without the otherwise needed pull-up resistors.
For example it would even be possible to connect outputs of flip-flops in parallel to save additional gates.
