Auch bei der Beurkundung bestätigt der Konsularbeamte die Identität des Erklärenden, zusätzlich ist er ( wie ein deutscher Notar ) verpflichtet, den Unterzeichnenden über die rechtliche Bedeutung und die Konsequenzen seiner Erklärung zu belehren.
Die notarielle Beurkundung kann nicht von einem „notary public“ vorgenommen werden.
Eine Beurkundung wird von der Deutschen Botschaft aufgrund der von Ihnen gemachten Angaben vorbereitet, in manchen Fällen anhand des Entwurfs eines deutschen Notars oder Rechtsanwalts.
