In Arbeitspaket 3 wird eine Plattform für Kosteneffektivitätsanalysen etabliert, die begleitend zu klinischen Studien innerhalb des IFB durchgeführt werden sollen.
Für diese Plattform werden Instrumente zur Messung von Kosten und gesundheitlichen Effekten sowie Datenbanken von Unit Costs ( Kostensätze / Preise für verbrauchte Ressourcen ) zusammengestellt .
Auf der Grundlage dieser Plattform sollen sowohl modellbasierte Kosteneffektivitätsanalysen von neuen Technologien in einem sehr frühen Entwicklungsstadium als auch empirische Kosteneffektivitätsanalysen durchgeführt werden, die auf Kosten- und Gesundheitsdaten basieren, die im Rahmen der klinischen Studien des IFB erhoben werden.
