Am Freitag Nachmittag rückten die Modellballöner an.
Und da ein befreundetes Ballonteam grade eine alte Ballonhülle zur "Hüllenbegehung" für die Zuschauer aufgeblasen hatte, kamen wir auch sofort auf eine neue Idee:

Glänzender Höhepunkt war aber die gigantische Ballonhülle.
Gepaart mit einer Licht- und Klanginszenierung von Uwe Giebeler, start.design, gewann der Ballon im 110 Meter hohen Luftraum des Gasometers noch mehr an Faszination.

However, the gleaming highlight was the gigantic balloon envelope.
Combined with a sound and light show by Uwe Giebeler (start.design) the balloon gained even more fascination inside the 110 metre high air space of the Gasometer.

Die " großen " Ballone mussten an diesem Morgen eine Zielfahrt zum Flugplatzgelände absolvieren - einzig und allein dem Team aus Augsburg gelang dies auch, während Bastian hier scheinbar eine Landung auf deren Ballonhülle gelan …; -)

Dazu gehört das Aufstellen des Ballonkorbes, das Ausbreiten der Ballonhülle, das Aufblasen der Hülle mit Hilfe eines Ventilators und schließlich das Aufheizen der Luft in der Hülle mit dem Brenner.
