Sie tragen so zur Verbesserung der Infrastrukturausstattung, der Einkommenssituation im Bereich Landwirtschaft, Handwerk und Handel sowie zu einem verbesserten Zugang zu öffentlichen und privaten Dienstleistungen bei.
