The EESC considers it essential that there should be a reliable information transfer from airline companies to airports, in order to ensure the best quality of services.
Moreover, in cases of dispute, the burden of proof concerning non-notification should rest with air carriers and/or the tour operator responsible for the reservation.
Regarding the first point, the Commission agrees with the EESC.

Außerdem sollte im Streitfall die Beweislast für die Nichtbenachrichtigung bei dem für die Buchung zuständigen Luftfahrtunternehmen und/oder Reiseveranstalter liegen.
Der erste Punkt findet die Unterstützung der Kommission.
