In the summer of 2000, BMAS assigned the accompanying research on the ESF-BA Programme to IAB.
In the following years, the project team at IAB issued annual project reports, among them - in accordance with the ESF specifications - reports on the mid-term evaluation of the programme in 2003 and on their updating in 2005.
www.iab.deDas Programm wurde in Verantwortung des BMAS ( damals Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Sozialordnung, heute Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales ) mit einer später mehrfach geänderten Förderrichtlinie eingeführt und von der Bundesagentur für Arbeit umgesetzt.
Im Sommer des Jahres 2000 beauftragte das BMAS das IAB mit der Begleitforschung zu diesem ESF-BA-Programm.
In den folgenden Jahren erstellte das Projektteam des IAB jährliche Projektberichte, darunter entsprechend den Vorgaben des ESF Berichte zur Halbzeitbewertung des Programms im Jahr 2003 und zu deren Aktualisierung im Jahr 2005.
