Neben echten Flachmooren sind auch ein- bis zweischürig gemähte Feuchtwiesen von Bedeutung, etwa Kohldistelwiesen oder Wiesenknopf-Bestände.
Typische Arten sind hier Maculinea teleius (als Seltenheit), Adscita statices oder Lycaena hippothoe.
