Unser Ziel ist zu klären, in wieweit pathologische Veränderungen der Mitochondrien und Störungen der Autophagie zur Entwicklung neuropathischer Schmerzen beitragen.
Hierfür sollen im "sciatic nerve injury" Modell bei Mäusen Morphologie, Funktion und Autophagie der Mitochondrien und Redox-Proteom Veränderungen in geschädigten nozizeptiven Neuronen und zentralen Projektionen untersucht werden.
