Wesentliche Aufgabe war der Aufbau einer kompletten und aktualisierten Datenbank der Output-, Ergebnis- und Wirkungsindikatoren, ihre Auswertung in Bezug auf die Kernindikatoren sowie die Analyse der in den Schlussberichten dargestellten Finanzdaten.
