Darüber hinaus haben die Wohnungsinhaber/innen selbst Auskunfts- und Anzeigepflichten gegenüber den zuständigen Landesrundfunkanstalten (siehe dazu Frage 11) Zwar kann eine Rundfunkanstalt auch vom Vermieter Auskünfte über den Mieter verlangen, dies gilt aber nur, wenn sie nachweist, dass sie keine andere Möglichkeit hat, den/die Inhaberin einer Wohnung festzustellen.

Moreover, the occupants are obliged to declare all relevant details to the federal broadcasting institution in charge (see N° 11). The broadcasting institution does have the right to ask the landlord for details about his occupants.
