§ 10 Versäumnis, Rücktritt, Täuschung, Ordnungsverstoß (1) Eine Prüfungsleistung gilt als mit "nicht ausreichend" bewertet, wenn der Kandidat zu einem Prüfungstermin ohne triftige Gründe nicht erscheint oder nach Beginn der Prüfung ohne triftige Gründe von der Prüfung zurücktritt.
