Basierend auf einem Workshop gemeinsam mit der Einrichtung im März 2011 führte PlanSinn eine Untersuchung der Potentiale der vorhandenen Freiraumstruktur unter Berücksichtigung der im Workshop definierten Entwicklungsziele durch.
Um eine inklusive Nutzung des Areals zu entwickeln, wurden unterschiedliche Szenarien geprüft.Von einem Nachbarschaftsgarten, über Erholungsnutzung bis hin zu einer Aufwertung des Spielangebotes reichten die geprüften Konzepte.
