Begründete und durch die Institution visierte Gesuche sind der Abteilung Personal zur Bewilligung einzureichen.
Eine Rückzahlungspflicht entsteht, wenn die Ausbildung aus privaten Gründen abgebrochen wird und bei Austritt.
Rückzahlbar sind Weiterbildungskosten über CHF 3 ’ 000 und das Nettogehalt ab dem 11. Urlaubstag, gemäss folgendem Schlüssel:

Ist der Film nicht erfolgreich und werden keine Erlöse erzielt, entfällt die Rückzahlungspflicht.
In diesem Fall wird das Darlehen somit nachträglich zu einem Zuschuss / Subvention.

If the film is not sucessful and does not return a profit then the loan repayment obligation is suspended.
In this case, the loan is reclassified as a grant / subsidy.
