Hiergegen wird die Deutsche Telekom Revision (Kassation) zum Obersten Gerichtshof (OGH) einlegen.
Die Vollkonsolidierung der PTC durch die Deutsche Telekom wird durch das Urteil nicht in Frage gestellt.
