Die Teilnehmer wurden gebeten, die Proben mit den im Labor in der diagnostischen Routine durchgeführten Methoden auf BVDV- Antikörper ( C1 bis C5 ) bzw. BVDV- Antigen / -genom ( C6-C26 ) zu untersuchen.

Abgefragt waren ELISA zum Antikörpernachweis, ELISA zum Antigennachweis, Serumneutralisationstest, Virusisolierung (ggf. Typisierung), RT-PCR sowie ELISA bzw. RT-PCR für die Ohrstanzdiagnostik.

The participants were requested to test the samples for BVDV antibodies ( C1-C5 ) and BVDV antigen / genome with tests and methods which are used in their lab in the diagnostic routine.
