The GPard Process Award by the Society for Process Management orients itself on companies that conduct active modern process management.
The award is based on the international standard ISO-Norm 15504 and distinguishes the best and most efficient of the processes entered in five categories.
The decision for the overall prize in favor of Telekom Austria is described by the president of the society, Karl Wagner:
