Nach Verbindung der drei Segmente in der Triebwerksintegration in Kourou unter der Leitung von Europropulsion werden sie mit einer Düse von Snecma Propulsion Solide zu einem Feststoff-Triebwerk zusammengebaut, das mit Front / Rear Skirt und einer Düsenansteuerungsgruppe von Sabca ( Brüssel ) ausgerüstet ist.

The two largest sections receive their thermal protection and solid propellant loads at the Regulus Guiana Propellant Plant in Kourou and the smallest receives the same at Avio in Colleferro, Italy.
The sections are assembled in the Booster Integration Building in Kourou, under the responsibility of Europropulsion, and are then integrated with a nozzle from Snecma Propulsion Solide ( France ), forming the solid rocket motor.
