Weiter wurde der Zugang zur Justiz durch das Berufungsgericht von Kankan ( Oberguinea ) verbessert, das mobile Gerichtssitzungen in den abgelegenen Regionen von N ’ zérékoré und Guéckédou zur Aburteilung anhängiger Verfahren abhält.
In N ’ zérékoré wurden in der Folge 36 zu Unrecht Inhaftierte freigelassen.
