Das Überwachungsgremium ( Monitoring Board, MB ), dem die Überwachung der IFRS-Stiftung obliegt, hat überarbeitete Fassungen seiner Charta und des Arbeitsabkommens, in dem die Beziehung das MB zur IFRS-Stiftung definiert wird, veröffentlicht.
Deutlichste Änderungen sind die Hinzufügung der Kriterien für die Mitgliedschaft im MB und der Beurteilungsprozesse und -konsequenzen in Bezug auf die regelmäßige Überprüfung der bestehenden Mitglieder alas Anhang A bzw. Anhang B der Charta.
