Das Brückenobjekt wird im Zuge der zentralen Abwasserkläranlage ( CWWTP – central waste water treatment plant ) der Stadt Zagreb errichtet.
Es dient unter anderem der Aufnahme von Abwasserleitungen aus dem Stadtteil Novi Zagreb zur Kläranlage.
Das 840 m lange Brückenbauwerk weist Einzelstützweiten von 48 + 6×60 + 72 + 120 + 72 + 2×60 + 48 auf und überbrückt die Save sowie das Inundationsgebiet.
