Der Verkäufer haftet nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen vorbehaltlich der nachfolgenden Begrenzungen, wenn es sich bei dem Vertrag um ein Fixgeschäft handelt oder der Käufer in Folge des von dem Verkäufer zu vertretenden Lieferverzugs berechtigt ist, sich auf den Fortfall seines Interesses an der Vertragserfüllung zu berufen.
