The shareholders ratified the acts of management of the members of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board in financial year 2012 / 13.
The Annual General Meeting approved the proposal submitted by the Executive Board and Supervisory Board to pay a dividend of 0.15 euros per share for the completed financial year 2012/13.
The Annual General Meeting also resolved to elect Vladimir Lukin as Supervisory Board member for the remaining term of office of the Supervisory Board (until 2016).
